All items will end at NOON Alaska Time. Also the AutoExtend feature applies to all online auctions. AutoExtend applies if a new higher bid is placed in the last 5 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the auction, thus extending via the AutoExtended feature for 5 additional minutes to prevent last minute snipe bids, once extended auction will extended after each bid.

There is no guarantee, warranty or representation, expressed or implied, as to quality, kind, character, quantity, weight, size, description or fitness for any use or purpose of any sale goods. Bidders are responsible for the security of their purchases immediately after the award is made.
The buyer is responsible for all logistics, transportation, loading and associated costs. . Bidder’s failure to inspect goods will not constitute grounds for any claim for damages, adjustment, cancellation of purchase or any other remedy." Neither the auctioneers nor the sellers give any type of guarantee or warranty, implied or otherwise. These vehicles being sold unwarranted in an "as is" and "where is" condition. Buyer needs to contact auctioneer to schedule removal time and date. Items must be picked up and removed from its location within 48 hours or sooner following the completion of the auction. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the Buyer. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both consignor and Denali Auction Company against any damage caused by acts of the buyer and/or his agents. Denali Auction Company is not responsible for goods not removed within the time specified, and shall have the option of removing and storing any goods not removed at the expense and risk of the buyer.
Full payment is required within 48 hours after auction's conclusion. Cash, local personal and business checks accepted with auctioneer pre-approval, bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, money orders, and bank wire transfers. Payments can be made in person at our Anchorage Office located at 1515 E. Tudor Road Suite 11 Anchorage, Alaska 99507. In default of payment of purchase price in full within the time specified, Denali Auction Company may retain all monies received as liquidated damages in addition to all other remedies allowed by law. No claims will be allowed. Goods not paid for or removed within the time specified may be resold at public or private sale without further notice and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. Please be aware that if items has not pick up in 48 hours CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGE..
